Slow Burning Secrets – Paula Hawkins, Lisa Jewell and SJ Watson at Bloody Scotland

Date: September 19, 2021 | Time: 2.30pm (UK time) | Location: The Albert Halls, Stirling

(NB This event can also be attended online)

Storytelling is an art. Great authors have an ability to make you wait, have you dangling on their hook, then reel you in when they are good and ready. These three writers are masters of that dark art.

Paula Hawkins, author of the phenomenon that was Girl on the Train, has roared back to her brilliant best with her explosive and startling new novel A Slow Fire Burning. The latest in Lisa Jewell’s incredibly impressive body of work is the immersive and gripping psychological thriller The Night She Disappeared. SJ Watson set the bar high for himself with the multi-million selling Before I Go To Sleep but has surpassed himself with his expertly-crafted and menacing new novel Final Cut.

This event will be chaired by author Jonathan Whitelaw.
